Cancellation and modification
  • Reservations only bind Camping Salatà if it accepts them, which is free to accept or reject based on availability, and generally, on all circumstances that may affect the exclusion of the made reservation. Camping Salatà reserves the right of admission or stay in accordance with Article 31 bis of the Tourism Law 13/2002 of Catalonia. The reservation of a plot or accommodation (bungalow, mobile home, etc.) is strictly personal. In no case may the reservation be sublet or transferred without the prior consent of the campsite.
  • Minors must always be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
    If you require an invoice in the name of the company or any specific reservation holder, please notify us at the time of booking. You can specify this in the observation box.
  • Terraza Grup reserves the right to correct any potential incorrect fees charged to the client due to an error in the online booking system. In this case, Terraza Grup will notify the client of the error within a maximum of 48 hours and offer alternatives, either to apply the correct adjustments or cancel the reservation without charge to the client.

Plots

  • The price includes the plot for the tent, caravan, or motorhome, access to the bathrooms, and the campsite’s facilities.
  • Only one vehicle is allowed per reserved unit.
  • Camping Salatà reserves the right to deny access to the campsite to groups or families who arrive with more members than the capacity of the reserved accommodation.

Accommodation

  • The accommodations are fully equipped. The base price covers 1 to 6 people depending on the type of accommodation.
  • Camping Salatà reserves the right to deny access to the campsite to groups or families who arrive with more members than the capacity of the reserved accommodation.
  • Each reserved accommodation unit has one parking space for a car within the campsite grounds.
  • Barbecues are prohibited in the accommodation area, as well as smoking inside the accommodations.
  • Tents are not permitted in the accommodation area.
  • For group reservations, the formalization of a specific contract will be required. A group reservation is considered any booking of more than 6 plots or accommodations made by one or several people in a coordinated and agreed manner, with the same motivation and booking dates at Camping Salatà.
  • These terms and conditions will apply to group reservations only in matters not expressly covered by the group reservation contract.
  • To request a group reservation, it is always necessary to contact Camping Salatà by email. Camping Salatà reserves the right to review the request before confirming the reservation.
  • The amounts are indicated in Euros (€) including VAT.
  • The amount of the local stay tax is 0.66€ per person over 16 years old per night, with a maximum of 7 nights. If this tax is modified by law, the new applicable law will be enforced.
  • .When making the reservation, a 30% deposit of the total amount of the reservation will be requested via credit card.
  • Seven days before the arrival date, an email with the Online Check-in will be sent to speed up the check-in process and complete the remaining payment for the reservation.
  • We regret to inform you that we do not accept checks.
  • The ACSI card, ADAC, Campistes Catalans, or Mundo Campista rates will not apply to reservations once they have been confirmed, as they have different conditions than those made through our website.

Modification of the reservation
The customer can request changes to their stay at the campsite (dates and/or type of accommodation) by submitting a written request to the campsite via email (info@campingsalata.com), which will be addressed depending on the campsite's availability and possibilities. In the absence of changes, the customer must proceed with their stay according to the initial conditions of the reservation or cancel it according to the cancellation policy.

All requests will be answered based on availability and current rates.

Unused services
Late arrival or early departure, for reasons not attributable to the campsite, will not entitle to any refund.

In case of no-show, the reservation will be canceled, and the fees will be charged.

Cancellation by Camping Salatà
In case of cancellation due to reasons attributable to Camping Salatà, the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation will not entitle the customer to claim any damages.

No refund will be issued for cancellations due to force majeure.

Cancellation by the user/camper

  • In case of cancellation up to 15 days before the customer’s arrival date, 100% of the payment will be refunded.
  • In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the customer’s arrival date, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total payment (30% of the total reservation).
  • In case of cancellation within the 7 days prior to the customer’s arrival date, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total stay.
