Arrival
All guests staying at Camping Salatà must register at the reception. It is mandatory to present an identity card or passport for all persons over 14 years of age.
Access hours:
For pitches, check-in is from 12:00 noon. Prepayment of the stay will be required.
For accommodations, access is from 16:00. Prepayment will also be required if not made previously.
At the time of key collection or online check-in, a deposit of €100 must be made by credit card or cash . The deposit will cover lack of cleaning, damages, unpaid bills, electricity costs, etc.
During the stay
Campers must have insurance: it is the camper’s responsibility to take care of their personal belongings (bicycles, electronic devices, mobile phones, etc.). The campsite declines any responsibility for incidents related to the camper's civil liability. All guests must agree to the internal regulations. Each accommodation holder is responsible for the behaviour and damages caused by their companions and/or dogs, including those who visit.
Camping Salatà reserves the right to evict guests who do not comply with the rules of good conduct and hygiene without the right to a refund.
Departure
Accommodations: on the departure date specified in the contract, accommodations must be vacated before 10:00 and left perfectly clean, with inventory checked. Any broken or damaged items, as well as necessary infrastructure repairs, will be charged to the camper. The deposit will be returned after deducting any compensations, based on a justified invoice, for damages found during the check-out inspection.
Pitches: on the departure date specified in the contract, pitches must be vacated before 12:00 noon and left clean.
Late departures beyond the indicated time may result in an extra night's charge according to the current rates.
Dogs are allowed as companion animals.
Dogs are allowed throughout the season on pitches and in Llevant and Acces accommodations.
Allowed:
Three dogs per pitch.
Two dogs in Llevant and Acces bungalows.
To stay with dogs, an additional fee must be paid, and an up-to-date vaccination certificate is required.
Dogs are not permitted in the swimming pool, dining areas, or communal buildings.
Dogs must be kept on a lead, and owners are responsible for ensuring that the facilities remain clean. In the case of dangerous breeds recognised by the Generalitat de Catalunya, a muzzle must be worn at all times.
All dogs accompanying their owners during their stay must be registered at reception and comply with the corresponding regulations.
The client expressly acknowledges that Camping Salatà cannot be held responsible for any false information communicated by its partners or third parties, whether included in the camping catalogues or on the website. This particularly concerns presentation photographs, ratings, activities, leisure facilities, services, and opening dates.
