Responsibilities of Camping Salatà.

Arrival 

  • All guests staying at Camping Salatà must check in at reception. It is mandatory to present the identity card or passport of all persons over 14 years old.
  • Access times:
    • For pitches, check-in will be from 12:00 pm. Advance payment for the stay will be required.
    • For accommodations, access time will be from 5:00 pm. Advance payment for the stay will be required if not already made beforehand.
    • Upon key delivery or online check-in, a deposit of 200€ will be requested with a credit card. No cash deposits will be accepted. The deposit will cover any cleaning deficiencies, damage, unpaid charges, electricity costs, etc.

During the stay 


Guests must take out insurance: it is the guest's responsibility to look after their personal belongings (bikes, electronic devices, phones, etc.). The campsite disclaims any liability in case of incidents related to the civil responsibility of the guest. All guests must accept the internal regulations. Each guest holding accommodation is responsible for any disturbances or damages caused by the people and/or dogs accompanying them or if they come to visit them at the campsite.
Camping Salatà reserves the right to expel individuals who violate the internal rules of good conduct and hygiene without refunding the price.

Departure 

  • Accommodations: On the departure date indicated in the contract, the accommodation must be vacated before 10:00 am and must be returned in perfect condition, with cleaning and inventory check. The guest will be responsible for the value of any broken or damaged items, as well as for any necessary repairs to the facilities. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, minus the appropriate charges, with a justified invoice for any damage found during the exit verification.
  • Pitches: On the departure date indicated in the contract, the pitch must be vacated before 12:00 pm and returned in perfect condition.
  • In case of departure later than the indicated time, an additional day will be charged according to the prevailing overnight rates.

  • Dogs are allowed as pets.

  • Access with dogs will be allowed throughout the season on pitches and in the Llevant and Acces accommodations.

  • Allowed:

    • Three dogs per pitch.

    • Two dogs in the Llevant and Acces bungalows.

  • To stay with dogs, an additional fee is required, and the updated vaccination certificate must be provided.
  • Dogs are not allowed in the pool, dining areas, or common buildings.
  • Dogs must be kept on a leash, and the owner is responsible for ensuring that they do not dirty the facilities; in the case of dangerous breeds as recognized by the Generalitat de Catalunya, the dog must wear a muzzle at all times.
  • All dogs accompanying their owners during their stay must be registered at reception and comply with the corresponding regulations.

The customer expressly acknowledges that Camping Salatà cannot be held responsible for the communication by its partners or third parties of false information found in the camping's catalogs or on the website. Especially the presentation photographs, classifications, activities, entertainment, services, and opening dates. The photographs and texts used in the catalog or on the camping’s website are not contractual, they are only indicative.
