TERMS & CONDITIONS

In order to benefit from the services provided by Camping Salatà, please read these general conditions carefully. These conditions regulate stays made in the campsite and are considered in force from the moment the request has been made. The act of booking a stay at the campsite implies full adherence to our policies.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

The bookings are only linked to Camping Salatà, should the campsite so accept them, which is free to make the reservation or not, depending on availability, and in general, on all circumstances that may be detrimental to the booking made. Camping Salatà reserves the right to admission or stay in accordance with article 31 bis of the Law 13/2002 on Catalonia Tourism. The booking of a lot or accommodation (bungalow, mobile-home, etc.) is done in a strictly personal capacity. Under no circumstances can it be sublet or the reservation be transferred to another party without the prior consent of the campsite.
The specific lot number or accommodation is not reserved in advance, upon arrival you will be told which one you have been assigned. If you have any preference you can indicate this in the observations section and we will try our best to accommodate your wishes.
Minors must be always accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
If you wish the invoice to be made outto a company and/or any of the specific travellers, please inform us when you are making the booking. You can enter this in the remarks box.
Terraza Group reserves the right to rectify any incorrect rates charged to the guest caused by the failure of the online booking system. In this case, Terraza Group will notify you within a maximum period of 48 hours of the error produced, giving the guest the option to either accept the amendments or cancel the reservation made, at no charge to the guest.

Pitches

The price includes the lot to place the tent, or caravan or camper-van, access to bathrooms and the campsite facilities.
Only one vehicle per unit reserved is permitted.

Camping Salatà reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families who come with a group with more members than the capacity of the rented accommodation.

Accommodation

The accommodation is fully equipped. The basic price is for 1 to 6 people depending on the type of accommodation.

There is only one car parking place inside the camping per unit reserved.
It is prohibited to make barbecues in the accommodation area as well as smoking inside the accommodation.
Tents are not authorized in the accommodation area.

GROUP BOOKINGS

For group bookings it will be necessary to formulate a specific contract. A group booking is considered to be any reservation of more than 6 pitches or lodging made by one person or more, in a coordinated and consensual manner, for the purpose of organising the booking dates at Camping Salatà.
These terms and conditions will only regulate group bookings which are not expressly provided for in the group booking contract.
A group booking can be requested by contacting Camping Salatà by email. Camping Salatà reserves the right to examine the request before confirming the booking.

RATES AND TOURIST TAXES

The amounts are indicated in euros (€) with VAT included.
The municipal tourist tax is €0.66 per person over 16 years of age, per night, with a maximum of 7 nights. If this tax is amended in anyway, the new law will apply.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

At the time of booking, a credit card deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be requested.
Seven days before the arrival date, an email will be sent with the Check in Online to speed up the check in formalities and to make the rest of the payment of the reservation.
We regret to inform you that we do not accept cheques.
The ACSI card, ADAC, Campistes Catalans or Mundo Campista rates will not be applied to bookings once they have been made. As they have different conditions to those made on our website.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS

Modifying the booking

The customer may request changes to their stay at the campsite (dates and/or type of accommodation) by sending a written request to the campsite by e-mail (info@campingsalata.com), which will be dealt with according to the availability and possibilities of the campsite. In the absence of changes, the customer will have to carry out the stay in accordance with the initial conditions of the booking or cancel it in accordance with the cancellation conditions.All requests will be answered according to availability and current rates.

Unused provisions

Late entrance or early departure of the campsite, for reasons not attributable to the campsite shall not result in any refund. In the event of a no-show, the booking will be canceled and a cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation by Camping Salatà

In the event of cancellation for reasons attributable to Camping Salatà, the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation will not give rise to the payment of damages.
Cancellation of the stay due to force majeure shall not entitle to any refund.

Cancellation by the user/camper

In case of cancellation up to 15 days before the date of arrival of the client, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the date of arrival of the client, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount of the deposit (30% of the total amount of the reservation).
In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to the date of arrival of the client, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total amount of the stay.

THE STAY

Arrival

Everyone staying at Camping Salatà must register at reception. It is compulsory to present an identity card or passport for all visitors from the age of 14 years and above.
Opening hours:

Lots may be entered after 12:00 pm. The advance payment of the stay will be requested.

Lodgings may be entered after 17:00 pm. The advance payment of the stay will be requested in those cases in which it has not been previously made.

A deposit of €200 will be requested with a credit card upon delivery of the keys or at the time of online check-in. Cash deposits will not be accepted.

The deposit will be used in case of lack of cleanliness, damages, unpaid bills, electricity costs, etc.

During the stay

Campers must purchase insurance: it is the responsibility of the camper to safeguard their personal objects (bicycles, electronic devices, mobiles, etc.). The campsite shall not be held liable in the event of any incident related to the civil responsibility of the camper. All guests must accept the internal regulation. Each camper who registering the booking of the accommodation is responsible for any inconveniences and damages caused by the people and/or dogs that accompany them or those that come to the campsite to visit them.

Camping Salatà reserves the right to expel people who fail to comply with the internal rules of good communal relationships and hygiene with no right to a refund.

Check-out

Lodging: on the day of departure indicated in the contract, the accommodation must be left free before 10:00 a.m, and it should be left in perfectly clean conditions and with a verification of inventory. If necessary, the value of broken or damaged objects, as well as the repair of the infrastructures will be the responsibility of the camper. The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, deducting any applicable compensation for damages discovered in the verification carried out on departure, providing a justified bill.
Lots: on the day of departure indicated in the contract, the lot must be left free before 12:00 a.m, and it should be left in perfectly clean conditions.
In the event guests check out later than the time limit indicated, an additional day according to the current prices per night may be charged.

DOGS

Dogs are allowed as pets.
Dogs are allowed on the plots and in the Llevant and Acces accommodation during the whole season.
Dogs are allowed:
Three dogs in plots
Two dogs in the Llevant and Acces bungalows.

To stay with dogs it will be necessary to pay a supplement and you will have to have an up-to-date vaccination card.
Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool, food areas or communal buildings.
Dogs must be kept on a leash and the owner is responsible for ensuring that they do not foul the facilities; in the case of a dangerous breed as defined by the Generalitat de Catalunya, they must wear a muzzle at all times.
All dogs accompanying their owners during their stay must be registered at reception and respect the corresponding regulations.

RESPONSIBILITY OF CAMPING SALATÀ

The guest expressly acknowledges that Camping Salatà is not to be considered liable for the communication by its partners or third parties of false information included in the catalogues or is published on the campsite website. In particular, the presentation photos, classifications, activities, leisure, services and opening dates. The photographs and texts used in the catalogue or the campsite’s website are not bound by contract and are for illustrative purposes only.

DATA PROTECTION

We inform you that personal data obtained through this form, as well as your email address, have been incorporated into a file owned by the TERRAZA GRUP, with the purpose of answering your queries and providing you information related to the TERRAZA GRUP that might be of interest to you . TERRAZA GRUP agrees to exclusively use this data, collected by means of this form, for the purpose mentioned above. Having read this clause, the interested party states their awareness of the destination and use of compiled personal data. Sending this reservation implies the acceptance of the above clauses.
